Brow Maintenance - Transfer Client
Service Description
Consultations are required for clients who started their brows with a different brow artist. Prior to booking, be sure to schedule an in-person or virtual consultation. You can also text photos of your brows to 980.229.9145. After your first transfer appointment you will book all future appointments as a returning client. No Adjustments- Your brows are in good shape. The shape is good, but the pigment has gotten too light over time. Minor Adjustments- Brow Shape needs some minor tweaking and/or pigment has gotten too light over time. Major Adjustments- Brows are not even and need to be remapped (around the shape that is already there need) and/or the color has faded to an unnatural color and need color correcting.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits- Deposits are refundable for up to 24 hours from the time of booking. You have 24 hours after receiving your booking confirmation to cancel your appointment and get a full refund. Reschedules- Please notify me no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule. There is no last minute rescheduling fee if notified at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment. Last Minute Reschedules- If you need to reschedule your appointment at the last minute (less than 48 hours prior to your appointment) there is a $40 last minute rescheduling fee. This fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment balance. Late Policy- A $25 late fee will be added after 10 minutes past your appointment time. Appointments may be cancelled if you are 15 or more minutes late. Please text me at 980.229.9145 as soon as you know you are running behind schedule.
